I first met Cindy when my husband and I were looking for a new place to live because his job required him to be within 30 min of work for when he is on call. We found an ad for a rental and called about it and got in touch with Cindy to view it. This place was a closet and in the worst neighborhood in Ventura. After telling Cindy our financial situation she was surprised we were not looking to buy. We started looking at places and found one we really liked, however, we got nervous at the monthly payment, and backed down. Cindy kept sending me listings until I asked her to stop because we had signed a one year lease. Fast forward one year….our lease is nearly up at Monterey Villas and they want us to renew at nearly $200 more than we were paying. Knowing our financial situation and credit rating was a lot better than a year ago, I asked Cindy to start sending listings again and found an interesting one a few blocks away. I called Cindy, she got right on it, my husband liked it, and bam! We were in the process of home ownership!! There were so many times during the process I was so nervous and had questions and Cindy was always there. She was available to take my calls and took the time to explain things to me when I was freaking out. She was a calming force in a stressful situation. I cannot express how much that meant to me. I learned so much from her and her matter-of-fact way of explaining things. I feel that we have made a lifelong friend and when we are ready to upgrade we know who to call.

Sara B. Moorpark, CA My husband and I had been looking to buy a home. The first 2 realtors were of no help whatsoever! We were doing all the work in searching while all they did was show us the homes. NOT with Cindy! While we still liked to do our own searches and bring them to her, Cindy was an extremely pro-active, hands on agent who actively brought to our attention SEVERAL homes for us to consider. When we finally found one she began to work on the behind the scenes communication, paperwork and all the details necessary to make our purchase as smooth as possible. She was always there to answer any questions and when it came down to negotiating, her expertise along with her professionalism shined in acquiring a great purchase for our family. For anyone reading this, you cannot go wrong in having Cindy at your side because she will be there every step of the way above and beyond. A huge thanks also to Jim who made a wonderful video of our home and for his insights and advice. High, high recommendations for Cindy!
