My wife and I worked with Cindy on selling our small farm in Sedalia Colorado. In spite of a very difficult real estate market, especially for properties with land, Cindy was able to sell the property at a great price considering the market. She was able to negotiate a much better price compared to the listing price than any properties have gone for in the last six months.
Cindy has an amazing wealth of knowledge on selling landed properties. Very good at communicating the ins and outs and advising us on how to proceed with our property. Helped us with some minor fix up things that had to be done on the house and was able to refer great contractors.
Cindy has a great heart for her Clients and we would highly recommend her as your agent.

I had a wonderful experience with Cindy as my realtor! She worked with multiple contractors on my behalf for the repairs that were necessary to get the property up to the best selling price. Communication was a priority for Cindy, as she kept me in the loop through the repairs, showings and negotiation. Finally, she was able to beat my requested 'sell by' date by a couple months. I will be reaching out when I am in the market to buy in the future!

She has a deep understanding of the real estate market and has the skills, patience and energy as well as extensive experience and industry knowledge needed to navigate all the challenges that arose.
