If I could give extra stars in rating Cindy and Sherlock Homes, I would! This was by far the best experience I've had with any real estate professional. Cindy and Sherlock Homes give reliable honest assessments of the properties; are always prompt and responsive (even after closing); and are helpful and supportive throughout the process helping to facilitate any repairs or updates to get the property move-in ready (or to get the best price).

Working with this local small business resulted in superlative customer service and access to Cindy's lifetime of contacts in the Denver area.

My husband and I buy and sell a fair amount of real estate and when it came to buying a new home for ourselves, decided to try Cindy on the recommendation of a trusted friend. What a find! Cindy did a fabulous job helping us sell our ranch property! We have worked with many agents buying and selling over the years, and she is the best of the best. She has a deep understanding of the real estate market and has the skills, patience and energy as well as extensive experience and industry knowledge needed to navigate all the challenges that arose. She is also an excellent negotiator. She looked out for our interests first, not herself, and gave us excellent advice, even before we hired her!
On top of that, she has extensive contacts to help in any way needed for buying or selling, which helped us in major ways.
