Claire Kavanagh

Originally from New Jersey, Claire moved to Vermont to attend the University of Vermont. Her life has taken her around the country living in Southern California and most recently New York City and Brooklyn, New York. Ultimately Claire made her way back to the Green Mountain State and has been enjoying living and working here for over 10 years now.

Honesty, and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Claire strives for in all aspects of her life. Applying these principals to her business, has allowed her to be a top producing real estate agent for the past 5 years.

With 8 years of real estate experience, Claire believes that open communication and careful listening are key components in successfully helping buyers and sellers with their real estate transaction. This knowledge coupled with an undergraduate degree in Psychology has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations and educating buyers and sellers. When Claire is not helping her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with her three children and husband on the lake, in the mountains, reading and expressing herself creatively through painting and drawing.
