Clara is our go-to agent in Austin. We have known her for about 12 years and she has helped us and friends with several real estate transactions.

She's a good agent to have on your side: responsive and experienced. At the end of July 2020, we found the perfect house and we knew we needed to act fast because of the high demand lately. Even during this crazy time of COVID-19, Clara answered my call and was able to get our foot in the door in a multiple offer situation. It meant the world to us because this turned out to be the perfect home for us, and losing it would have been really regrettable. When our offer was accepted we were thrilled, but things got better! She negotiated on our behalf and saved us a significant amount of money. Clara also explained a lot of details about the contract and transactions to us and patiently listened to all my concerns. We were really pleased.

Working with Clara was such a breath of fresh air after being toyed around with other agents in the area. Clara was prompt, easy to work with, and went out of her way to meet me when I had forgotten to sign one the signature lines for my lease.
