Clarity Sanderson

Clarity grew up in a real estate family and have been involved in the business of real estate in one capacity or another for the past 25 years: from real estate assistant, real estate webmaster, to owner of her own real estate and property management company. Clarity’s mother has been in the industry for over 40 years, and her father wrote real estate software. Clarity lived all over the United States, working with the family software business. She was often asked if she was in the Army. "No, the Circus" Clarity would reply.

Clarity been a nerd since she was 10 with a fascination for online communication ever since then. She met her husband online before it was the thing to do! Clarity lived in his home country of the Netherlands from 1999 to 2001 (Ja, natuurlijk spreek ik Nederlands!). Their son was born there just like his dad, and their daughter was born here in the US, just like her mom.

Clarity relocated to the Portland area and understood the questions you must have. She is so happy to have this opportunity to share with you, her experience.
