Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: The move to Colorado for a job gave us about a month to find and close on a home. Claudia made the long distance task extremely easy and painless. Prior to a one day trip to the Buena Vista area to house hunt we worked with Claudia to line up several homes to visit, based on our criteria. Her understanding of what we were looking for in a home and focused on that. We did not waste time looking at homes that clearly did not fit our criteria or were out of our price range. Once we found the perfect house, Claudia was on top of every aspect. Her organization and attention to details are her best qualities. Claudia always kept us informed by email or phone as to what was happening and what the next steps of the home buying process were going to be. We never felt left out of the loop even though we were 900 miles away. Never once did we feel that we needed to be in Colorado to make this transaction happen. She is organized, thorough, engaged, articulate, and proactive. I would recommend Claudia to anyone considering buying a house in the Buena Vista area.

Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: Claudia Campbell was an excellent agent for me. She knew what my needs and wants were and she respected my price limit. She did not push me into a higher price. She negotiated several issues that came up with the house. She was very kind and respectful to the sellers and their agent. She researched several issues for me that I was not comfortable in doing myself. She went above and beyond in taking on these issues that was probably not in her job description. She has a wonderful personality both professionally and personally. I love my townhome and Claudia really made it so easy for me. She carried the burdens on herself and not on me. She kept me up to date on all the deadlines. She was just wonderful.
