Claudia Philbrick

Known for her in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, her professionalism and discretion, Claudia is an astute listener and an experienced negotiator with a loyal following. She has been a consistent multi-million-dollar producer specializing in the luxury market, listing, and selling unique properties along the entire coast of Rhode Island, from Little Compton to Watch Hill. Originally from Boston, Claudia has been a resident of southern Rhode Island for over thirty years, and a full time Realtor since 1991. Prior to that she was involved on many levels in the culinary industry and wine sales; working in Boston, Providence, San Francisco, Spain, and France. Claudia is married to furniture designer, Timothy Philbrick, and they reside in an historic house in Wakefield. Her interests and memberships include the South Kingstown Land Trust, Providence Athenaeum, Dunes Club, Museum of Primitive Art and Culture, Providence Preservation Society, and Boston Tango Society. She is a member of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors and Washington Kent Board of Realtors and holds a Graduate Realtor Institute designation.
