Claudia Tweed

After an 18-year corporate career with management roles in marketing, planning and contract negotiations, Claudia transferred those skills to the real estate field and joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2001.

She works with sellers and buyers and excel at marketing and finding properties, facilitating offers, and negotiating contracts as well as coordinating transaction aspects from contract to close – all with a strong commitment to communication and attention to detail. She works directly with clients throughout the process staying in close touch to advise and handle issues and ensure all your questions are answered.

Her clients include homeowners and buyers, investors and builders in the North Pinellas and Tampa Bay market.

Claudia’s real estate experience also includes serving as a partner in a commercial development group where her responsibilities included contract negotiation, coordination of development and operational activities as well as financing and reporting.

Claudia is certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) by the Real Estate Business Institute and certified as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida and an Executive MBA from Boston University/Metropolitan College. She is also active in the community thru Women in Philanthropy with Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation, Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation and East Lake Woodlands Country Club Social Committee charitable activities.
