Mr. Cliff Martin is truly the Finest Realtor in Tri-Cities Washington. He models a true level of professionalism, business ethics, and is truly committed to help his clients find their dream home. We worked with Mr. Martin for about a month looking at several properties and not once did he make us feel like we were a burden for not making up our minds fast enough, or hesitated to looking at just one more property. Rather he made sure we understood that this was an important choice and we could continue seeking homes on the market until we made the decision that we had found our dream home. He was very flexible with our work schedule and our boys school schedules when it came to scheduling viewings including the whole family to see each home in order to make a family decision. Cliff always welcomed us with a warm smile, clapping hands, and excitement each time stating “Let’s make it happen!” His honesty and inputs were so much appreciated during the purchasing of our home. He took the time to explain and answer all the questions we had so we can all be on the same page. The fact that he is also fluent in English/Spanish has accommodated friends and family referrals as well. I truly recommend Cliff Martin to anyone who is a first time home buyer or maybe purchasing another property. He will not disappoint you.
