He was relentless in negotiating the best deal for the buyers from initial offer to remedy and beyond. He protected his clients by religiously updating the contract as things progressed. What I was most impressed by, though, was his ability to keep all parties up to speed and moving. So, my wife decided that she wanted to do a “for sale by owner” on our home thinking we wouldn’t make enough money off the sale to walk away with anything.

Having been a real estate agent in North Carolina, I understood the process there, however Cody took the time to explain the differences between buying a house in Ohio and what to North Carolina. Cody was extremely responsive and professional throughout the selling process.

I contacted around eight realtors before signing with Cody, and he was the only one to pick up the phone (some never even returned my call). Since I was selling on behalf of my father from out of state I didn't want to chase someone for answers, and Cody was always there when I needed him.

I spoke with serval of his colleagues and they all spoke very highly of him and praised how proactive and detail-oriented he is. That was definitely true of my interactions with him, and he made sure everything was squared away well in advance so we were able to close ahead of schedule.

Hands down THE BEST! We have been putting off buying a home for many years because it seemed complicated and stressful. Cody took 90% of all that worry away! A true life saver. We never thought we would find our dream home with the way the market is right now, but thanks to Cody we have, & quickly. My husband and I decided to buy a house off family. I contacted Cody to start the steps in selling the home we currently were in. Little did I know we also needed him for the house we were purchasing. He completely took the stress and worry out of the buying process. He went above and beyond not only with the paperwork but also to find us resources we needed to complete the purchase. He is very quick to respond with any questions you may have and pays very close attention to detail, whether it be with paperwork or the house you are purchasing. He isn’t out to make a quick sale, but wants you to understand what you are buying. I 100% recommend Cody as a realtor!

Cody was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I never could have imagined that I would have received an above asking offer but he was able to get me more than the list price. The sale of my home went flawlessly and he answered every single question I posed to him.

Cody is a top sales leader because he is knowledgeable about the local real estate market. I had thought about listing my home on Zillow and Zillow had valued my home substantially less than what Cody was able to get for me in the final sales price. I'm glad I did not list my home for sale by owner as I would have lost several thousand dollars in the sell of my home.

I just want to say how grateful I am having Cody Adams as my realtor. I've talked to a few different realtors in the past but they were very pushy and boarder line harassers just so they could get a check. Cody worked for us. Whatever we wanted to see, he made it happen in a short timely manner. When we finally found the house we wanted to buy, he listened to our concerns and our wants. He got things fixed.
