He was relentless in negotiating the best deal for the buyers from initial offer to remedy and beyond. He protected his clients by religiously updating the contract as things progressed. So, my wife decided that she wanted to do a “for sale by owner” on our home thinking we wouldn’t make enough money off the sale to walk away with anything.

Having been a real estate agent in North Carolina, I understood the process there, however Cody took the time to explain the differences between buying a house in Ohio and what to North Carolina. Cody is an amazing realtor to work with. Im not from the location i bought my home in. Cody helped find me a perfect house for me. cody knows a great deal about the locations here in ohio. He helped me get a great price, and helped negotiate on price, very respectful, never had a hard time getting a hold of him and was always quick to respond to messages. He pointed out the good and bad about the homes we looked at and taught me a lot about homes i didnt know. I couldn't recommend a better realtor to help find someone a home. Cody was extremely responsive and professional throughout the selling process.

I contacted around eight realtors before signing with Cody, and he was the only one to pick up the phone (some never even returned my call). Since I was selling on behalf of my father from out of state I didn't want to chase someone for answers, and Cody was always there when I needed him.

I spoke with serval of his colleagues and they all spoke very highly of him and praised how proactive and detail-oriented he is. That was definitely true of my interactions with him, and he made sure everything was squared away well in advance so we were able to close ahead of schedule.

Cody was so helpful in navigating a complex sale, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends and family.

Little did I know we also needed him for the house we were purchasing. He completely took the stress and worry out of the buying process. Cody was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I never could have imagined that I would have received an above asking offer but he was able to get me more than the list price. The sale of my home went flawlessly and he answered every single question I posed to him.

I had thought about listing my home on Zillow and Zillow had valued my home substantially less than what Cody was able to get for me in the final sales price. I just want to say how grateful I am having Cody Adams as my realtor. I've talked to a few different realtors in the past but they were very pushy and boarder line harassers just so they could get a check. Cody worked for us.
