About Cody

Cody Thomas was born and raised in Breckenridge and has always been captivated by small town living. After graduating from Western State Colorado University with a degree in Professional Land and Resource Management, he worked for a large cap exploration company, where he specialized in land acquisitions. Although he loved that line of work, he found himself missing the sense of community and mountain culture that he grew up in. Cody considers himself fortunate to live in this great town and have the opportunity to work alongside his father, Mark Thomas, his brother, Spencer Thomas, and 8 other highly respected brokers. Growing up in Colorado’s playground gave Cody the opportunity to enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer. During the summer he loves to ride his dirt bike and go fly fishing and in the winter he doesn’t miss a chance to go snowmobiling with his friends and family. Cody recognizes the true blessing of growing up in this great town and gives back to those who helped shape his life.
