Hey there! I’m Colby, a licensed real estate professional in Oregon and Washington, and I’ve been helping clients navigate both buying and selling their homes since 2019. I’m passionate about what I do and deeply committed to keeping my clients’ best interests at heart. I believe every transaction should be transparent, ethical, and guided by clear communication. To date, I’ve had the privilege of closing over $50 million in sales, including my best year yet in 2025 with $14M+, 21 successful transactions, and countless great client relationships built.

I pride myself on strong communication and rapport-building with both clients and fellow agents. I stay proactive, responsive, and persistent, and I won’t hesitate to pick up the phone to make sure my clients never miss an opportunity. I believe in the power of education when it comes to making a big decision like buying or selling a home, as well as providing a tailored experience. It’s important for me to communicate with my clients throughout the entire process, all while keeping their individual needs in mind.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade in hospitality, which shaped how I approach this business: professionally, warmly, and with a focus on creating lasting relationships. I listen closely, stay positive, and bring solutions to the table when challenges arise. When not working, I love connecting with people and challenging myself with new experiences. After college, I spent three months backpacking through 14 countries in Europe, and that sense of curiosity and adaptability still drives me today. I love live music, great food, and discovering new places, with Iceland next on my list. At home, you’ll usually find me supporting local food, music, and radio, or hanging out with my dog, Rooney.
