I help people buy and sell houses because I believe where you live has an immeasurable impact on your quality of life. I have lived in Richmond for 30 years, moving here after college. I always have loved old houses, so I bought my first 100+ year old house in the Fan in 1997. I particularly love the vibe of Richmond and the people in this beautiful and accessible place. I am involved in historic preservation, The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, and women's clubs in Richmond. I have renovated 5 historic houses including doing a State Historic Tax Credit project, so I bring invaluable experience to people looking at houses in Richmond's many historic neighborhoods.

When I am not working (and as a recent empty-nester), I am hanging out or traveling with friends (my most recent trips were to Viet Nam, New Orleans and Oregon), walking my two dogs in The Fan, practicing yoga, paddle-boarding or, as a reformed vegetarian, enjoying Richmond's fun and diverse food scene!
