I am a 3rd generation Realtor in my family! My mother, Marie has been licensed since 1977. I can remember going to open houses, dropping off paperwork to her clients as a little girl.

When I was 19 on my summer break from Niagara University, I took my Real Estate Licensing Course and passed! I have been working in the Real Estate industry either acting as a realtor, or a mortgage consultant since then. Having the mortgage background gives me a leg up when handling your Real Estate transaction.

My mother Marie and I are the founding members of The Marie Mancuso Team. We were the FIRST mother/daughter team in WNY.

Colette was born and raised in the Town of Amherst and has lived with her husband, son, and their Goldendoodle, Steve in the Village of Kenmore since 2002.
