With a legal degree from University of Southern California Law Center and 25 years of real estate sales, Colleen brings a depth of experience and professionalism to serve her clients. Colleen practiced real estate and land use law prior to becoming a licensed broker in 1994. In that capacity she represented the County Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission, being appointed to the Planning Commission and chairing it during the adoption of key land use policies and projects. As a third generation Santa Barbaran, she now works primarily by referral with many repeat clients and a diverse representation from complex multi-use properties to first time home buyers.
