After graduating with honors from Vanderbilt University, Colleen Newland began her career in Investment Banking working in Mergers and Acquisitions. Quickly establishing a name for herself in the Finance industry, she earned her MBA from Columbia Business school with Beta Gamma Sigma honors and went on to serve as a Senior Vice President in Citigroup's Commercial Business Group.

This extensive background in the financial sector coupled with her thorough knowledge of real estate honed through over 15 years of personal investing, gives her clients a uniquely sophisticated analytical and client-centered business approach. Originally from Washington DC, Colleen lived in Manhattan for 15 years before moving to South Florida ten years ago. She enjoys spending time with her two sons and maintains an active lifestyle through all of the perks of South Florida living.
