Collin was referred to me by an Attorney friend when I was moving from the Westside to the Valley. He was a pleasure to work with. He expertly guided me through through the process and even caught some items during the inspection period that nobody else did. Did a great job of negotiating a solution and I closed on the home. I'll use him again when I sell.

Collin helped us purchase our first home many years ago during a fast and furious sellers market. Houses were flying off the shelves at well over asking price back in 2003 so, being a first time buyer with small children and a tight budget was scary to say the least. Thank God for Collin. He was the ultimate professional: Sharp, extremely knowledgeable, communicative, diligent, and ethical. We always felt as though our best interest was at the forefront and Collin was never too busy to answer our many panicked questions. He made us feel comfortable and in control throughout the entire process.This guy knows real estate, knows his market, has a broad knowledge of construction and design, and is able to communicate effectively with different personalities. I would not consider calling anyone else to buy or sell a home.

Collin simply put, is the best. He was incredibly understanding and sensitive to my needs during this difficult transition and became a true friend along the way. He advised me of everything I needed to do to get the house sold and after following his advice, the house sold the very first weekend it went on the market.
