About Connie

After relocating multiple times because of her husband’s job, Connie Bennett has become something of an expert in the process of making a new home in an unfamiliar area. She applies the lessons learned through those experiences toward helping her clients, whether they are moving down the block or across the country. A detail oriented, timely communicator, Connie prides herself on connecting effectively and anticipating the needs of both home buyers and sellers. She takes time to get a detailed idea of what her clients want through an intensive survey tool that she developed and uses the responses to create a customized marketing plan for sellers and a unique strategy for buyers. Connie feels her role is to manage the process for her clients, while guiding them toward their goals.

A native of Watkins Glen, New York, in the Finger Lakes region, Connie now calls Hudsonville home. Known among friends as a person who is organized and funny, she and husband, Matt, have three school-aged children who keep them entertained and busy with their activities. Connie earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. John Fisher College and a master’s degree in business from Alfred University, both in New York. Always striving for success, she was honored as the Transit Person of the Year in 2004 by the New York Department of Transportation for her work as a contract manager for a large transit company.
