About Connie

As a Colorado native, Connie has served the Front Range of Colorado in the listing and sale of homes since 2004. Real estate runs in her family blood, with her mom starting a brokerage in Pueblo, CO in 2000, where she cultivated a robust business that was based in the sale of bank owned homes. Connie and others in her family, quickly followed suit acquiring some of the nation's largest banks as client's and selling hundreds of foreclosed homes from Fort Collins to Pueblo, Colorado. With over 800 closed real estate transactions, Connie has the experience and knowledge to help guide you in one of the most important financial decisions one can make in a lifetime.
Connie also has a passion for new construction. With a detailed, thorough knowledge of this area of real estate, Connie is able to assist clients in communicating with the builders and sales team, negotiate any and all incentives or price reductions, advise on upgrades that will improve value, meet with the construction team to ensure the build is being completed on time, be a constant companion and fiduciary on what can be, a long and arduous journey. Her husband, Juan, is a native of Cuenca, Ecuador and serves the Colorado National Guard and Army Reserves. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to work with Connie and it was a phenomenal experience. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and unknowns, and she was readily available with helpful resources and informed answers the entire way. Her strong negotiation skills secured us a positive response from the sellers on inspection as well as credits at closing. She provided great recommendations on contractors, a dynamic calendar of tasks leading up to closing so we wouldn’t miss a beat, and a comfortable, open line of communication throughout the entire process. If you’re buying or selling a home, I highly recommend working with Connie!

Connie is a very knowledgeable, communicative and professional agent I've ever worked with! As a first time home buyer, she made the whole process so much easier and way less stress for me and even added lots of fun to the journey. She is very easy to talk to since the first time I met her and you will just adore her right away because of her upbeat personality and efficient working style. She is always there for you by phone or by present anytime when you have any questions.

Connie's strong negotiation skills also helped me to find my first dream house from all perspectives and we were able to successfully closed in such a rush time! Connie took care of us from start to finish. We had lived in our house for over 37 years and was not familiar with the current process for selling our beloved home. She knew exactly what was needed to get it ready for it to be listed. Connie and her team took care of everything for us. Our home was listed on a Thursday and we had a contract on it by Saturday. She communicated with us throughout the whole process explaining each step for a successful home sale. Connie and her team did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend her services for any real estate needs.
