Buying or selling a home? You need to hire Christie Radney! She helped me purchase my first home when I moved to Jacksonville, and when my situation changed and I needed to be closer to my son's school, I knew she was the only Realtor to work with. She gave me an honest assessment of my home and helped me identify the areas to fix/upgrade that would make a difference in the sale. Christie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about current market trends, so not only was I happy with my house sale, I feel like I got a great deal on my purchase too. I felt like Christie was by my side throughout the entire process.

Her experience, knowledge, business acumen, patience and humor actually made this daunting home-selling and buying process enjoyable!

I can't say enough about Christie's professionalism, and her exceptional willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks to Christie we found our dream home and she made the experience for us seem so easy!! She has the knowledge and experience as a realtor to make you feel at ease and as homebuyers that was most important to us, especially since we were moving from another state. The virtual tours and the time she spent with us explaining the details helped us feel confident that we were in good hands with her as our realtor. We could not have asked for a better person as our realtor. As a second time homebuyer who was snake bitten by my first experience, it was wonderful to have Christie as my realtor! I relied heavily on her knowledge of what to look for and what to avoid. She was very responsive and acted very quickly to not only secure viewings, but once I found a house I wanted to bid on, she immediately secured the deal and was a great help the whole way through the process. Both of my sisters worked with her as well and i'm very glad to call her the family realtor! Highly recommended and will definitely use Christie again if I have realtor needs.
