Cortenay Matters

A longtime resident of Greater Charlotte, Cortenay prides herself in being an expert in many pockets of our area including Southpark, Indian Land, Ballantyne, Waxhaw/Weddington, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Lake Wylie, Rock Hill, Plaza Midwood, and Steele Creek. She has an incredible attention to detail, highly communicative, and patient demeanor; making her one of Charlotte’s most sought out specialists.

In Cortenay’s spare time she can be found mastering her Krav Maga skills, running, serving with her church, or eating Mexican cuisine at her favorite South Charlotte spot, Don Pedros! She and her husband, Dave, have beautiful twin girls and love calling Fort Mill, SC home.
