I contacted Cory regarding the sell of my house. He took the time to explain the process to me and explained the comps in my area. He was very knowledgeable. I told him I was not ready to list it, however he still listened and quided me knowing that I was not selling yet. I have known Cory for several years and he always gives 100 % in whatever he takes on. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Washoe County.

Cory Coombes was incredible throughout our entire selling experience. We had a hiccup with the first buyer that was totally out of anyone's control and Cory was right there to encourage us and help us get the house back on the market quickly. He was incredibly honest even if it wasn't something we wanted to hear and never let us feel like we were out of the loop in a decision if he could help it. He was not afraid to bug the buyer's agent if it helped ease our minds and never made us feel like we were bugging him with questions. He was always responsive with in a few hours of our phone calls/emails/texts and knew how to find an answer if he didn't know it right away. Buying/selling a house is incredibly stressful and if I had to do it all over again, I would pick Cory. By the end of our journey, he felt more like family than just our agent. The amount of passion he has for helping people find a place to call home is inspiring and I am so glad he was there to advocate for us during this intense time.

Cory was instrumental in helping us get our dream home in the incredibly competitive Northern Nevada market.
