Cory was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions that would arise as promptly as possible. We had some issues with the bank releasing funds but Cory was on top of it and got it taken care of. I would highly recommend Cory and his team.

Cory showed a lot of care, experience and knowledge about properties, but even if he didn't know he was incredibly helpful to find information. Cory also always responds to my calls to answer any concerns and I didn't have to wait days so he can call me back...I highly  recommend him for a real estate transaction! Thank you Cory!

Looking for a home is difficult to say the least. It is stressful and confusing, and no matter how much help or advice you get from friends and family, the biggest question that raises anxiety and begets more questions is- who is your realtor and can you trust them? Cory is a human who works with and treats you like a human- who understands what you're going through and genuinely wants to help make you happy. At his core he is genuine, knowledgeable and experienced.. Cory navigated me through everything single step in the process and as we crossed each bridge, he knew exactly what came next, what to expect, how to avoid pitfalls, and address concerns both current, future, and hypothetical. He is very easy to work with and makes the home buying process comfortable. EXTRA MILE: he'll hike it every single time. He knows that buying home is particularly difficult when you're BUSY. So what does he do? No matter where it's located, he'll make it to the open house, battle through any traffic to attend and even make you a VIDEO montage so its like you're practically there yourself. He brings the open house to YOU. That was care and service that you don't just find anywhere. PATIENCE- he is never pushy and knows that the right house comes around when it is right- he doesn't make it right- he finds it for you and worked with me for 3 long years. I find comfort knowing I'll never have to look for another realtor again- and neither will you.
