Unmatched experience buying a home with Cory. I first met and spoke with several different agents that I was unimpressed with. Then Cory was recommended to me. I was very particular with where I wanted to live, which specific home features I wanted, and the price range I was looking for (I'm difficult to work with). But with Cory's knowledge of Colorado's real estate market we found several places that were perfect. I am a first time homebuyer and his ability to work with all parties involved made the entire experience pretty effortless for me. Will buy and sell again with Cory as well as recommend to friends.

Cory was incredibly patient as my wife and I dragged him to a million different viewings a week. He provided a wealth of knowledge/experience and offered excellent advice on potential renovations, costs and market value. He was very responsive to text/email and was always available for viewings. As a first time home buyer I would have liked better communication/information during the closing process but overall an excellent realtor.
