My wife and I struggled looking through houses before we met Courtney. She made the whole process simple and went into detail every step of the way. As first home buyers, it was important for us to have someone there to explain what was going on and Courtney helped tremendously. She was always on time to every meeting and stayed safe during the covid 19. I recommended her to some of my friends who were looking for properties.

Courtney made our life so much easier in an extremely stressful time! My husband and I suddenly had to move on April 1st when everything started shutting down and our life was full of unknowns. Time was running out and Courtney helped us sort through all of the listings to know which were still available and scheduled all of the appointments in one day. We could barely get an appointment on our own. She was comforting, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and truly enjoys helping one find the home they need and want.

Courtney was truly wonderful to work with. She had an unbelievable amount of patience with us as we requested to see over 50 homes during our search She never made us feel rushed and made sure we found our perfect house. She was very communicative throughout the process, even after the closing. I would absolutely recommend calling Courtney if you are looking for a local real estate expert!
