Courtney Murphy

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My parents built a successful real estate career in Manteca, California, and I was lucky enough to grow up surrounded by and learning all that I know of the industry. Since 2001, I’ve been helping buyers and sellers in California’s Central Valley, and in June 2021, my family and I made an exciting move to Star, Idaho! Now, I’m proud to be a full-time licensed Realtor here in Idaho, serving clients across the entire Treasure Valley. I absolutely love what I do—guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives is a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family, going camping, riding bikes, or hanging out at the dog park with our sweet Aussie, Midas! I’m truly excited to be part of the Silvercreek Realty Group, and I can’t wait to help more people find their place here in Idaho!
