Craig Baranowski

Craig Baranowski began his real estate profession in 2004 when he moved to 30A with his wife and their daughters after falling in love with the area on their first trip to the Emerald Coast. Trading in a successful career in Silicon Valley where he worked in global strategic sales for some of the top tech Fortune 100 companies in the world, Craig understands the virtues of discipline, drive, and dedication. A licensed real estate agent, Craig also received his builder’s license in 2006, winning the prestigious Aurora Award for a home he built on 30A.

After graduating from San Jose State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Craig enriches his real estate business with a wide array of expertise, resources, and experience in new construction, investment, and vacation properties, luxury homes, townhouses, and condos. Whether buying or selling, Craig’s creative strategy and skill as an advocate for his clients ensure they receive the most reliable information on which to base a sound investment decision. This is why Craig has been a top-producing agent since 2008, producing $58.8 million in sales volume on 72 sides in 2021.

Since becoming a resident of Inlet Beach, Craig co-founded and is the co-race director of the very popular 30A Thanksgiving 10K, which has raised more than $500,000 for local charities, and is listed by Southern Living Magazine as one of the top holiday runs in the United States. Craig also founded a local cycling and triathlon club and spends almost every day with his family at the beach either cycling 30A, paddle boarding, watching the sunrise, or enjoying the towns of Alys and Rosemary Beach.
