Craig Souza

A real estate veteran with over six years of experience, Craig brings vast knowledge to the Austin market. He started his career selling new construction condos and townhomes in D.C. Prior to that, he studied International Affairs and volunteered in the Peace Corps helping to develop clean water projects in rural Honduras. That volunteer experience fostered an interest in urban planning, which led to career in real estate sales helping buyers and sellers across all property types.

Craig supports his clients by providing a customer-centered focus and depth of experience needed to navigate a fast-paced and ever-changing market. Craig has a true passion for helping individuals and families find comfort, utility, and excitement in a home. Above all, his creativity, knowledge, and strong listening skills help him cater to each client’s needs during their home purchase and sale. Every relationship and every detail matters when it comes to the search for the perfect home.

For fun, Craig enjoys anything that involves spending time with friends on the water at Town Lake or Lake Travis. He can often be found exploring Austin by bike and is learning to play tennis. He currently lives in East Austin, where all the best taco trucks are!
