I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience selling our home with Craig Via was! Craig is incredibly responsive, attentive and professional!!! What sets Craig apart from other realtors is the fact that he is efficient with what needs to be done to get the house in the best condition to get top dollar. Craig helped us get our home of 16 years show ready without investing unnecessary money. Craig’s resources are so incredibly professional and helpful. He had us work with a organizer/stager and handyman/painter. Both were amazing to work with and very loyal & responsive to Craig.

Craig is incredibly attentive and doesn’t expect the house to sell itself. We know how busy he is but he always made us feel like we were his only client. I don’t know how he does it. Craig didn’t put a lockbox on our home; he met each potential buyer in person and gave them a tour. One more additional benefit was that Craig brought several out-of-town buyers to our home. I am 100% certain that without Craig personally attending each showing, we would not have sold our home for substantially over our asking price.

Wow. Craig vastly exceeded all expectations. We used him to sell our home long-distance. Craig is very up-to-date on the market. His suggested listing price was higher than 2 other realtors we interviewed. He was extremely communicative from start to closing. We used all of his recommendations for cleaning, repairs, and staging. He went by the house very frequently, including to meet with every cleaning crew, repairman, and stager personally. Craig was great to work with. My house was a little unusual and required some extra work in order to determine the best way to determine accurate pricing and marketing. Based on all the research and work that he put into selling my house, I can't imagine getting a better outcome.

When I got frustrated with the whole selling process, Craig was there to pick me up and really work to get me an offer that I was happy about.
