Craig was born and reared in Richmond, Virginia, and lives in Westover Hills with his lovely wife, Emily. He attended Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, Virginia, and earned a BA in liberal arts with a concentration in history in 2010. Craig has an incredible dedication to customer service and consistently pushes the team to adopt habits, practices, and procedures that will leave clients with a lasting feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment.
