It's hard to find a home in California — especially in the bay area!! But if you're ready and able to buy and need a smart and connected go-getter to make it happen, Cristina should be your realtor.
Full disclosure, she's my mom. That said, I'm fortunate that she's helped me purchase and sell 2 homes—a condo in LA and a 3 BR house in East Palo Alto. My mom is tenacious, has grit, is resourceful, and is a straight shooter.

We had a great experience working with Cristina on our new home purchase. If you are looking for someone that is professional, attentive and personable then you should consider her. She was very responsive through out the entire experience and we truly felt that she was looking out for our best interest.

Given that we are not originally from the Bay Area, we found it extremely helpful to work with Cristina (who is local) since she was able to clearly explain any housing / property nuances that are specific to the area and helped guide us through out the process.

Overall great experience and we highly recommend her!

I worked with Cristina to explore buying a house in the SF Peninsula area as we wanted an upgrade of the school district for our kid.
Cristina was very insightful in guiding us through the house purchase and loan application process.As a long-time resident of the area herself, she also had interesting stories to share about the area.
I believe that only through difficult situations that you can separate out the great from the good. Since our purchase happened during a bad economic timing, our loan application was a bit bumpy and caused us to miss a couple of deadlines. However Cristina was always calm and patient to help us negotiate with the seller and navigate through the process successfully until we got the keys to our dream home!
Cristina is super responsive and always available on texts and calls for any questions. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs!

In these Covid times, organization and communication are key, and Cristina brings it all. Cristina was always available and on top of every detail to position my property in a difficult market. She knew all the high-quality trades people I needed, organized repairs and upgrades in record time, AND stayed within my budget. It took less than three weeks to ready my property for showings.
