Crystal was UH-MAZE-ING!!! I was moving to the Hampton Roads area for work and only had a couple months to find a house. Crystal went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find the perfect home. We were a bit particular about what we were looking for (quality, neighborhood, size, crime, etc.), but Crystal never pressured us into buying, went out of her way to meet our needs, and was straightforward when it came to things we never would have thought of on our own. There were a couple of times where we were enamored by a house, but Crystal let us know about some critical things that we hadn't considered that if we pulled the trigger, we would've regretted later. The amount of effort she took to make sure we were well informed and completely happy with our purchase was amazing. We eventually found our dream home and just in the nick of time! Thank you Crystal for your attention and no B.S. professionalism!!

As a military family, we have relocated over 20x: we can honestly say Ms. Clarke is the best real estate agent we have ever met! Ms. Clarke made us feel like family the moment we met her. We are new to Virginia and do not know anyone here so naturally we had endless questions about everything. Ms. Clarke was very accommodating to our needs and always available when we needed her. She never hesitated to share her real thoughts on a given listing when there were potential concerns that we overlooked. We appreciate her down-to-earth personality and get it done attitude! At the same time, Ms. Clarke’s genuine caringness ensures you can be wholly confident in your final decisions. It was not our expectation that this purchase would be our ideal forever home solely due to the time constraints of our move. Despite our limited/urgent window between property searching and closing, Ms. Clarke helped us find not only a place that is a perfect match for our lifestyle, but this house exceeds our list of “must haves” in every way. We could not be happier with the endeavor we journeyed on with Ms. Clarke – Ms. Clarke was just as patient and chipper with us through the last few pages of MLS as she was on day 1 of our hunt. We will absolutely be recommending Ms. Clarke to everyone looking to a change of address in the “Seven Cities” or surrounding area. When you are rich, the world beat a path to your door hawking products and services. You are rich, after all!
But, what happens to the old veteran with less than a modest income? Not much money to be made with such an individual.
Me, that old, 21-year Navy veteran was not only treated with respect and endearment but, with 100% of Crystal's attention to my needs. She used every resource at her disposal in finding me a home.
I would gladly give 10 stars but I am restricted to 5.

We are so thankful that we found Crystal by luck. We found our out of state rental property abandoned and in need of some major repairs. When we decided to renovate with the intent to sell, it was all hands on deck and she was an amazing part of the team.
