Crystal was awesome! During a difficult time, in the middle of clearing my mom's house of 25 yrs, I contacted Crystal to help sell it once we cleared it. In the middle of the mayhem, she met with me, and within a day she had a strategy, with 3 different options on approach, based solely on what I was willing to put into the house to fix it up. Once the house was cleared and we were ready to sell, Crystal implemented one of those approaches and the house sold in 2 days. She was spot on with her approach, had the contacts to make it happen, and lived up to her reputation as a pro. Most of all though, was that she truly cared about what I was going thru, and made what could have been a difficult process, so much less stressful. I would recommend Crystal in a heartbeat!

My partner and I met Crystal through a friend who has worked with her on multiple property purchases. We were looking to purchase our first home in the eastern part of Omaha. Crystal was extremely prompt and responsive; we were viewing and putting in an offer in a beautiful property just the day after making contact. Crystal gave us the information we needed to put together a confident offer, and even though we didn't get the first place, she lined up several other property showings in the coming days. We put in an aggressive offer on a second property within a week and are moving into our beautiful first home thanks to Crystal's guidance!

In particular, I feel that Crystal is knowledgeable about the areas we were most interested in and provided helpful insight on where to look for condition clues in the older homes we were looking at. Since it is pretty standard to waive inspections right now, this was especially reassuring. She is also very personable and fun to work with.

I can't recommend Crystal more as a realtor, especially for first-time homebuyers. Thank you so much Crystal for your help and support!

We were quite lucky to be referred to Crystal by a friend. She is extremely professional and a breeze to work with. She would find out what fit your need early on and search whole heartedly on your behalf, show up early in showings, reply in an instant through out the day, show 6 houses in a row just for you and do the same the next day and the next until you find the one. When Crystal met with us to talk about what we wanted when looking for our second home, she gave us great feedback on realistic expectations for location, price range, etc. for the type of home we were looking for. When we were interested in looking at a listing, she worked quickly to schedule a showing that worked for our schedule regardless of the time of day or day of the week. In addition to the listings we sent her, she also worked to find homes that weren’t quite on the market yet so we could get our foot in the door early on those properties. If being a return customer isn't enough of an endorsement, I will give you little further idea of what you get when you work with Crystal Santamaria. Responsiveness. With houses being sold before they hit the market, you cannot wait, or you will miss your dream home. Crystal makes you a top priority. I was able to see EVERY house I wanted to see and had heads up before some hit the market. Several houses we had the opportunity to be the first in. Professionalism. You need someone to represent you, find you the best deal, help you make the tough calls and be the utmost professional you can find. Crystal does this. Lastly, and likely most importantly, Crystal is aggressive. I shake my head when others speak of their realtor not responding. You will not find a better realtor than Crystal!! As a military family, we have worked with MANY realtors over all the years we have moved. Crystal, by far, has been the top of the list. We were in a rather odd situation as we were coming back from an overseas tour. We talked endlessly with Crystal over email, via WhatsApp, calls, etc, and she really got to know exactly what is was we were looking for. There might be a house we would find from a local friend or somewhere else that wasn't on the list and she would immediately pop over and check it out. I trusted her whole-heartedly. There were times I was in the love with the house and she would tell me all the great things, but also point out the things I couldn't see from afar and how it might not be the right home for our family of 7. She never pushed us to take something just so she could make a sell. She was ready day and night, and even when she was on vacation and out of the country!! She will go the extra mile to understand what it is you are looking for, to find it, and will always give you sound advice. She didn't stop looking until we found just the right home for our family, in the area we wanted, and the size and condition we were looking for. She went to bat for us with the sellers when the appraisal came back lower than our offer, and she was right there ready to assist any and every time we needed her. We bought THE house today. We spent months doing our own research and then hooked up with Crystal Santamaria when we got serious.

She is the only reason we got the house.

It was listed for 5 minutes when she told us she found one we’d love.

Pictures weren’t even on the internet while she was in the house, giving us a FaceTime tour.

She had us in there later that afternoon and we had the right offer on the table before anyone else even had a chance.

We don’t get THE house without her determination and persistence.

Not to mention, she took us through many houses that we loved on the internet but she pointed out the warts without being pushy. She wasn’t trying to get her commission as fast as she could, she was trying to get us in the right house.

I’ve never thought realtors were worth their pay until I met her.

Knows the neighborhoods and knows how to move fast on a home purchase. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to buy or sell a house for me again in Omaha, seeing as she saved me $30,000 (compared to similar houses in the neighborhood that I’d tried snapping up earlier — but I like mine better!).

And now, even months afterward, she’s still helping me with references to good contractors (gutter cleaning, tree trimming, maintenance, etc.).
