My wife and I first met Cuinndney when he assisted our son in purchasing a condo in Brickell. He showed our son many different places and provided great local insight into the properties. My son was so grateful for Cuinndney’s help throughout the entire process- which was completely new to him- and is thrilled with his new place. Cuinndney was great all throughout the process of purchasing my condo. He was able to get me connected to the right broker who made the process extremely easy for me. He kept me updated on every step of the way as this was the first time I was going through this buying process. I was always well informed and it made it very easy when coming to a final decision. When it came time to finalizing the purchase he had everything lined up and ready to go. All I had to do was show up and sign the final pieces of paperwork and the keys were mine.
