Curt has been actively involved in all aspects of real estate and development for over 20 years as an Investor, Real Estate Broker and General Contractor throughout Florida. His vast experience ranges from ground up construction of custom-built residences to the complete renovation and interior construction of landmark hotel and commercial properties. He also has a vast network of relationships with financial institutions from corporate lenders to community banks. Curt specializes in commercial office, multi-family, retail, restaurant and assisted living properties. Curt has provided services to national companies such as Bovis, Mayflower, Lime Fresh, and Firehouse Subs.
