Curtis has great reviews and that is because he deserves every single one of them. We had a unique situation and he was happy to accommodate and adjust his showings to our needs. He gave great advice and helped steer us into a lovely new home.
Curtis responds quickly and is always on the ball. The title company even commented on how "on it" he was. He made the process of buying our first home easy and pretty stress free. He never pushed us for the "easy sale" and in all the houses we toured he pointed out some things that I probably would have never noticed.
I would highly suggest Curtis for any real estate related need. We will absolutely be going back to him in the future.

Curtis was amazing on every level. He's a really nice guy, but more importantly he's very good at what he does. He always found time for us and answered questions day or night, even when he was on vacation. Every house we walked through together, he managed to point out at least one or two things we never would have noticed. What impressed me most, however, was that he didn't push for the easy sale. We had an accepted offer and changed our minds during the inspection. Instead of trying to talk us into the sure thing, he encouraged us to trust our instincts even though he knew it could take many months of work to get us into a different home, or that we could have given up entirely. In the end we found a much better house for less money, and we are incredibly happy and grateful for all of Curtis's help. He's a great guy and a great real estate agent.

Curtis was absolutely amazing in every step of the process. I could call, text or email Curtis and he was always quick to respond, even when he was on a family vacation. Curtis genuinely cares about all of his clients, he has a total understanding of this market, and helps you make the right decisions when its time to pull the trigger.

As a first time home buyer I had many questions about the process. Curtis was always very responsive and available to help guide me through, ultimately buying a house I love. Buying during the pandemic in an extremely competitive market in Eugene was hard, but Curtis was always there to show me homes late at night and early in the morning and getting paperwork done as fast as possible so I was always in the best position when making an offer. I always felt like a priority and that Curtis was there for whatever was needed.
