As the Closing Coordinator for The ATM Team, Cyndi Fulco is here to support you through every step of the closing process. Cyndi is passionate about connecting with individuals, understanding needs, and helping you realize your dreams!

As a successful restaurant business owner on the Near West Side for over 28 years, Cyndi knows that a foundation of amazing guest service, built on trust and integrity, will cultivate relationships and connections that are essential to success!

Cyndi is an active volunteer in her community and has been involved in many non-profits including Catholic Charities, Guardian Angels, Plainfield Junior Woman’s Club, General Federation of Woman’s Club, Will County Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children Coalition, and Reclaim 13.

Cyndi and her husband have 4 beautiful children and are currently on a new adventure to discover their next dream home as they transition towards being empty nesters.
