I knew Cyndi from walking our dogs in the neighborhood and we developed a casual friendship. What I didn’t know, for about 2 years, was that she was a realtor. When my wife and I approached Cyndi about the sale of our house, we both felt a connection, an “instant” trust with her.
Throughout the entire process, Cyndi was open about everything, answered all our questions truthfully, showing us all her research about our neighborhood and the market. There was not a moment that we didn’t feel as though she wasn’t working in our best interest.
Cyndi explained that it may take several months to sell the house because the real estate market had changed and was not like previous months. However, through her diligence and hard work, we had numerous showings, and several offers within two weeks. We sold and closed quickly.
Cyndi was on top of the process through closing, and with her knowledge and dedication there were no hiccups in our sale. 5 stars are not enough to show our appreciation for her.

Cyndi Parshook did an amazing job as our realtor. We were relocating to Florida from Maryland so it involved quite a bit of communications and coordination. She was very flexible to accommodate our travel schedule. She kept us up to date on all transactions throughout the entire process. She kept the portal updated with houses that met our final needs. When we finally found our dream home, Cyndi went to the open house to conduct a virtual walk-through with us since we were physically in the area. Thankfully she did this because it ended up being the home that we closed on today. I highly recommend anyone looking for a house in the Tampa region to use her as your realtor!

Cyndi is great! She was with us from the sale of our home and through the build of our new home. A 110% Realtor. Cyndi reviewed all contracts and explained them to us, was at every meeting for the new house and held multiple open houses(rain or shine) to sell our old home. Cyndi went out of her way to help us in finding our home. She even picked me up to look, as I was not familiar with the area. In addition, she helped me locate an insurance company for my car. I wanted to stay with St Farm. She recommended her personal agent and they are very nice people to work with. We chose them for our home owners insurance as well. We needed to.update the appliances and she recommended a company she had used. It is always better to have someone recommend a person if you are new to an area.
