I'm an out-of-state investor in Indianapolis, working with Cindy to find BRRRR style properties. Cindy is very helpful in walking potential properties, making a video to give me an impression of its condition, discussing rehab ideas, rent rates, ARVs, and many other facets. She is very knowledgeable and helps me understand the local market.

I trust Cindy and it's great to work with an agent who truly has my back. We just went under contract for a property and eventually she convinced me to rescind the offer and do a mutual release because of new information she got, even though a mutual release cost her the commission she would have otherwise earned at closing for her efforts.
