I used Cynthia Duncan for my real estate pro. A full time agent, she's very professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. We looked at many homes of which she was quick to note the serious defects in each and, depending upon what type of financing you have, will explain what will have to be fixed before your loan approval. She knows many reliable pros in the home remodeling industry. She answers your calls and texts quickly and keeps you informed of all developments. I was very pleased to have her on my side during the home buying process which can be very stressful.
