Cynthia has helped me sell 2 houses and buy 2 houses. She goes above and beyond anything I've ever experienced with a realtor! This last experience hit us with the virus and caused stumbling blocks, and Cynthia always had her cape on with her super powers in full force. From start to finish, nothing but professional, empathy with the virus situation, cool headed with issues, and always made things happen that others would have told a buyer they needed to figure out for themselves. I used Cynthia Duncan for my real estate pro. A full time agent, she's very professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. We looked at many homes of which she was quick to note the serious defects in each and, depending upon what type of financing you have, will explain what will have to be fixed before your loan approval. She knows many reliable pros in the home remodeling industry. She answers your calls and texts quickly and keeps you informed of all developments. I was very pleased to have her on my side during the home buying process which can be very stressful.
