I genuinely don't know where I'd be without the incredible expertise of the entire CyMack Real Estate Team. As somebody purchasing a home from out of state, in this terribly chaotic market, their tremendous experience in the market and strategic knowledge has been absolutely vital to not only secure the home I've genuinely always dreamed of, but maintain a process void of the anxiety and stress that would be normally woven throughout it. I'm so spectacularly impressed with my Cymack Real Estate experience and a bit sad that I'm closing in a few days because I've enjoyed it so much.

I would wholeheartedly, 1000% recommend Cymack to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Columbus! Cynthia took a daunting, overwhelming process - trying to buy AND sell a home at the same time in a crazy market - and made it feel manageable (and not so scary). Cynthia found us our dream home and helped us get our offer accepted. She gave solid recommendations on preparing my home for sale, and even found us a contractor to do the work. Throughout the process, the Cymack team was incredibly responsive and quick to answer our questions and set up home viewings. If you are looking for a realtor, STOP! You need Cymack. :)

Working with Cynthia, Amy and the rest of the CyMacK team was amazing. We were very nervous as this was the first house we have sold, but they walked us through the entire process. Cynthia and Amy did an excellent job of explaining everything and were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Once the pandemic hit, Cynthia and Amy were so adaptable and made sure that we were able to list and show our house in a safe manner. We are so grateful that we listed with the CyMacK group!

We recently relocated to the Worthington area during the winter, not the best time of year to find a house. In California we had worked with the same realtor for 15 years and we were nervous about finding a good fit here in Ohio. We needed have worried. CyMack made this an easy process and helped us find a place to call home.

Cynthia and her team went out of their way to find the best houses in the market in the slowest time of the year. She was able to help us identify neighborhoods that would fit our needs and personality. She spent a lot of time listening to not only what we wanted but what we were saying at each tour.

Cynthia is extremely knowledgeable about Worthington, not just the real estate but the community as a whole. She really does know the market and was able to find listings before anyone else. We've made a lot of great connections through our work with CyMack.

Amy and Julie were other members of the CyMack team that we worked with. This is truly a team, they work collaboratively. Amy helped with our negotiations to secure the house and the repairs necessary to move in. She is fair, upfront and persistent in getting us a fair price.

Julie is a Master at keeping everything organized and on schedule. She managed all of the reports, paperwork and schedules. She made all of this seem simple and make our lives a lot easier.

The best part of working with CyMack was that this team knows how to make home buying as easy as possible. We've enjoyed working with all of them.

CYMACK IS AMAZING! No need to research other realtor teams as this one is Top Notch! Just one text and one phone call and we made our decision to go with Cynthia and team to sell our home in March 2018 and buy the next. Not only is this team knowledgeable but also extremely invested in our community and does more than just sell homes. We know they participate in local schools, developing businesses, and charities, which is important to us.

One would think an agent with the various listings, all over the place, mind you that they would not have the time. Completely not the case here. Our society is an impatient one and technology has spoiled us to the point that important questions can be answered within minutes and let us share that the CyMack Team is well above and beyond in this category.
