Our house was a difficult house to close due to some permits. This didn’t scare Cynthia away. She hung in over a year and was available to answer any of our questions without fail. So many realtors would have jumped ship, looking for a quick close, but Cynthia did the heavy lifting and made it all worthwhile for us.

She did so well for us that we had our daughter go to her to buy her new home as well.

We will never work with anyone else!

My house had been on the market with another agent for six months - once Cynthia came into the picture, she was able to get us a multiple offers in 2 days! My journey to buying a new home began in January of 2022. I wanted to save a little bit of money and try buying a home through a Redfin agent. This wasn’t my first time buying a home but I felt like I knew what I was doing. I made offers on 2 homes for significantly more than the asking price and both offers were not accepted. I later found out that one of my offers was $50k more than the offer that the seller accepted. Still no new home.

Cynthia Miller was referred to me by someone that I trust. Cynthia is a true professional and has many years of experience. We found an amazing home less than 2 weeks after our initial phone conversation. I met Cynthia at the home and I liked it immediately. Cynthia provided the hand holding and patience necessary for me to feel comfortable making an offer. My offer was accepted less than a week later. I soon realized that finding the right home and get an offer accepted was really only half of the battle.

Cynthia’s years or experience have allowed her to build a team of people that have been vetted and trusted time and time again. I used her network of people for the home inspection, chimney inspection and pool too and I was not let down. I told Cynthia that I felt like she had my back every step of the way.

I will be investing in a couple of income properties in the very near future and I will look nowhere else. Cynthia will be my one and only call. You would be well suited to do the same.

In a very competitive market she crafted an offer that not only fit our needs but beat out several competitive offers, including two offers that were higher than we paid for the home.
