It was such a pleasure working with Cynthia in the sale of our home. She is a delight to work with as she always has her client’s best interest at heart and will do what she can to accommodate their needs. She is warm, professional and incredibility detail oriented with excellent communication and marketing skills. She sold our house in the middle of covid when there were very few buyers, yet her skill, determination and finesse got the deal done. I would highly recommend Cynthia based on my recent home purchase. She was very thoughtful and thorough with the overall process and very good at understanding our needs. As a result, we were able to get our offers accepted over 10+ other competing offers! She was also very proactive in getting all the necessary inspections done which reasonably led to seller’s credit. Cynthia is also very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods that we were looking at. Cynthia Miller is truly full service, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and she went out and found options that fit our needs and budget. In a very competitive market she crafted an offer that not only fit our needs but beat out several competitive offers, including two offers that were higher than we paid for the home. During the escrow process she adeptly managed a very nervous sellers agent and protected us all the way through. I can honestly say that if Cynthia was not our agent during this process we would not be living in our dream home!

It was great to work with Cynthia in connection with the purchase of our first home! She was very responsive and helpfully explained every step of the process. She was very knowledgeable about our search area and the general prices in that area (i.e., the valley) and was able to point us to neighborhoods that we had not known about and/or had previously dismissed. She is also a great negotiator and that was extremely helpful in this very competitive market.
