Two words: CYNTHIA MORENO!! It doesn’t get any better than her. We were first time homebuyers and although that experience was intimidating, Cynthia always made us feel confident and secure. Aside from being extremely professional. She is passionate, patient, and positive. A real triple threat!! She always kept us informed and really fought hard for us! We were so blessed to have gone through, what could have been a really nerve wrecking experience (especially in this current market), with Cynthia! If you want someone who has excellent work ethic, who knows what they are doing and maintains communication with her clients plus everything else I’ve mentioned above; then she’s your girl! She is FANTASTIC!

Huge, HUGE shout out to Cynthia Moreno! She was so helpful in making this process as smooth as possible for us. She was such a huge advocate for making sure that this process was understandable as we bought our first home. Always responsive to calls and texts and on top of everything!! We greatly appreciate the step-by-step process that was presented to us from the first meeting. Cynthia took the time to give us feedback and help us process everything we saw during each viewing. Also, we appreciated how she was attentive to the details in what we wanted and presented us with such great homes! My husband and I were really nervous buying our first home but after speaking with Cynthia she made it super comfortable and the process was really easy. She took the time to listen to our requests (do’s and don’ts). When we became restless and anxious after 2 months of searching she reassured us our perfect home was out there and kept us calm. Well, she was right and it was all worth the wait! We were able to buy our pool home we were searching for. Cynthia is highly recommended by us and we cannot stop telling our friends and family about her. She is responsive, she listens, she’s professional and can negotiate the best deals for you! I’m a loan officer who has worked with tons of real estate agents in the 15 years that I have been in the industry with that said Cynthia is a great realtor who values her work ethic and always doinwhat is right for her clients. She makes sure to explain the whole process thoroughly. She’s very knowledgeable about the market and it’s rapid changes. Her negotiation skills are very impressive. CYNTHIA MORENO! She’s the absolute best and I can’t say enough positive words about her. To sum things up, if there’s a realtor that can close a deal during a pandemic and make you feel extremely comfortable and positive throughout your purchase SHES YOUR GAL! Cynthia truly invested so much time and energy into everything we were looking for. She fought tough, gave us great advise to make us better buyers! She got us a food amount in sellers credit and under list price which is RARE these days! The markets rough right now and it’s never comfortable going into purchasing a home but she made it easy for us. Call up Agents Who Care Realty and Ask for Cynthia, you won’t regret it!
