The child of a Navy Captain, Dagmar grew up traveling from the San Juan Islands to Germany with Japan, Iceland, Rhode Island, Los Angeles, and Monterey in between. Quickly adaptable, she has become a well-versed problem solver who understands and appreciates the value of human connection.
Her Idaho roots trace back to 1910 when her great grandfather homesteaded in Melba. Another grandfather came from Iceland to settle in Sun Valley in the 1950’s when it was a tiny, exotic resort. Her parents met here in third grade and later graduated together from Boise High School. Dagmar is grateful to have lived around the world but is glad to have settled in Idaho where she is surrounded by family and nature. The Treasure Valley has always held a special place in her heart, and she is proud to call it home.
Armed with a BA from the University of Southern California and a Women’s Water Polo NCAA Div. 1 National Championship, Dagmar has proven her ability to surmount the odds and take the victories that come with skill and perseverance. Her work history includes managing a brewpub in the heart of Los Angeles as well as participating in the event planning of the Emmys, Oscars, and other large scale events. She is familiar with juggling responsibility and complexity, and utilizes these skills throughout her real estate dealings.
With a passion for community involvement, she enriches the lives of friends, clients, and strangers. She has spent years coaching and mentoring young athletes across the country, volunteering at food banks, and hosting community gatherings. With calm assurance she is always ready for adventure. Dagmar enjoys playing volleyball, exploring hot springs, and hiking with her dog, Tyrion.
Dagmar’s knowledge, resilience, and professionalism allow her to provide a successful and enjoyable experience to those navigating the real estate market.
