I would recommend Dakshi as first and only choice when it comes RealEstate. She does an awesome job to make us feel so easy with the home hunting process. She was always there from the day 1. She is super fast, organized and very fluent with home buying process. It’s not just home we get, she has extensive knowledge on what needs to be fixed before we move, what really is unsafe, what things can be safely done later, etc. All we have to do is just give a call to her and that’s it. We will get our dream home. She understands our house requirements/taste in 1 or 2 house tours and accordingly she take us to those specific houses that matches our requirements and doesn’t waste time on other unmatched houses. Dakshi also provides us lots of ideas with interiors and other housing work related contacts. She is very friendly and I never felt like talking to a realtor anytime. She is the best in this field and her knowledge of neighborhood is very extensive and informative. The whole purpose of moving from Connecticut to Illinois has been achieved satisfactorily !!! End of the day, we are completely happy that we found her for our first time home buying process 😊

Dakshi did an amazing job in finding my wife and I our first home. She displayed excellent knowledge of the housing market and was able to guide us from the beginning to closing and even gave us the contact for a painter for our house which he did an excellent job. We highly recommend Dakshi she is great to work with.
