Damian and the entire Wise team was great to work with! Even with all of the covid restrictions in place during our listing he was able to get our home listed, shown and sold in a very timely manner. Damian was with us every step of the way from listing, showing, the offer, the inspection and the closing, at no point did I feel like we weren’t his only client.

As someone who honestly despises realtors in general Damian was amazing and proved that there are good people in every industry, even if they are few and far between.

If you’re looking to buy or sell your home, look no where else, you honestly won’t find anyone better.

Bruce has a wealth of knowledge in the housing industry and has a high level of emotional intelligence; thus, he is able to connect with people so that the experience is not simply about a business transaction but rather about making people feel comfortable by taking the time to get to know the buyers and their needs. We have purchased homes in the past and this was by far the best experience we've had. Throughout the entire process we kept telling ourselves that we had picked the very best person possible. There are not enough stars to give the Wise Team at Keller Williams. Damien, Michelle and Bruce are hands down PHENOMENAL !! They have helped us with the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of 1 over the last 2.5 years. The Wise Team has answered our every question and then some. They are patient, kind and genuinely care. I cannot even begin to say how happy We are with this team. From the first time I met them while I was interviewing realtors, to the minute we signed papers, these guys have been amazing! I was incredibly reluctant to even sell our condo because of an awful experience we had when we bought it, but this team made everything so easy. They have so much respect for their customers and really made us feel like we were important. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to sell their property.

Well this is long overdue. We would like to give a positive review of the Wise Team, Last summer we had to put our house on the market do to job relocation. Our Company required us to get 4 different market analysis for different realty companies. The Wise Team was our first choice based on reputation. Also the Company sent us 3 other realtors. We will tell you this Damian and Michelle are the most honest and personable professional we dealt with. Their market analysis was in line with what we felt was a marketable sales price. The other three realtor was telling us that the market is hot and we should put it out on the market at the higher end of what our area homes were selling for, that make us uncomfortable and we felt it would drive people way. Damion came in to our home and made us feel in control and asked us what we would like to see happen and what our expectation were. Then he brought us a market plan that seemed to be more realistic and told us that if he felt that he could get us a very good deal with this asking price as a starting point and could get people more interested in the home and would make a better offer than our asking price. Well it happened The Wise team was very WISE indeed. We had a contract on our house within 3 days of it going on the market. The sales price was well above the asking price just as Damian had said he thought it would, with the current market conditions, but without all the sales pressure and inflated marketing plans of the other agent had offered. The Wise team put together a great marketing plan and executed it flawlessly. THANK YOU Damian and Michelle and the rest of the Wise Team.
