For seven of the last thirteen years, he has become an expert in “new construction” and the sales process. If you are considering purchasing new, either a tract home or a semi-custom to custom home, it is imperative to have a knowledgeable agent represent you! Dan loves working with all types of buyers, especially with first-time home buyers. Homeownership is considered the American Dream, and for good reason. Dan graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance & Real Estate.
