Dan Cheadle, Broker /Owner of Advantage One Realty LLC started in real estate in 1985. After a successful fast start with Coldwell Banker, ERI Excell Realty Inc. was launched. As the broker owner of ERI, Dan recruited and trained 45 agents.
In 2007 & 2008 the real estate market literally crashed. It turned into a major forclosure market. This lead to a restructuring since so many agents left the business.
Today, Advantage One Realty LLC has a new image, new agent tools, new SELLING options for sellers, and a cost saving relocation program for businesses and employees. Agents can join with the same training and personal development with Advantage One Realty LLC.
