Dan was super helpful and always fought hard for us in this crazy market. We had put in 10 offers before we finally got one accepted and Dan was always very quick to schedule showings of houses we were interested in and put in our offers as soon as we decided to make them. He helped us make competitive offers without pushing us to extend our budget. I’m very grateful Dan was our realtor, we couldn’t have done it without him!

Dan Klinge is a professional at his trade. Making a decision to relocate from another state can be stressful but Dan made the entire process seem easy. Dan shared his personal knowledge of all the in’s and out’s of making a home purchase or building a house. While in another state Dan quickly responded to all my questions; at times that meant doing drive-by’s of properties, filming surrounding areas, even telling me what the weather pattern was 😊.
Dan is a family man who is assisting those who want better life for their families and for that THANK YOU DAN!

Moving out of state is probably one of the more stressful and expensive things you can do in life. Dan made the transition so much easier. He had great knowledge of the area, and really worked for me in negotiations with the builder. It really gave me peace of mind. I would recommend Dan to anyone I know looking to relocate to the Treasure Valley.

This was my third purchase of a home, and it was by far the easiest, even though I was still out of state. Dan went all out for me.
